We use ChlorhexiDerm Flush here. It is a "topical
antimicrobial cleansing/drying solution". Nails
and ears are done every two weeks without fail.
Some of mine have spotless ears and others have
disgusting ears. None of them have ear mites.
Maybe you should just clean them more often.

On rare occasions, I have my vet do a deep ear
cleaning on those who are really bad. You may
consider that and then clean them more often.
