Just got back from the vet's and Simon was diagnosed with adrenal
disease. Surgery is an option and out there, but for right now he
put Simon on Anipryl (selegiline hydrochloride). I don't believe
I've seen this mentioned in the posts about adrenal disease.

I have not heard anything about using Anipryl to treat adrenal
disease in ferrets. Perhaps some of my colleagues can shed light on
this. It's used to treat one form of Cushings in dogs, and also to
treat cognitive dysfunction, but I'd be interested in seeing if it
does indeed help our ferrets.
