If they drained fluid from her chest and if surgery would cause it to
spread as you said, then we're definitely not talking about
Insulinoma.
I won't speculate as to what it might be because I don't want to
unnecessarily scare you, but talk to your vet to find out for sure
what they believe your ferret has.
