PLEASE take care of this quickly if you want to stay at the conference
hotel. With the SuperBowl being moved to the same weekend, we cannot
guarentee rooms at the conference rate for much longer!

The deadline to reserve a room at the Imperial Palace for the 2002
International Ferret Symposium next Feb 1-3 is drawing near. If you
have not yet reserved your room, and you want to stay at the conference
hotel, please do so now!
The Accomodation Request Form can be found on the Symposium website at
<http://ferretsymposium.mdex.ca/> under 'Registration. Please complete
and fax this form to me at 614 822-0108.
Conference Rates are as follows:
Standard room: 2 Doubles or King Bed: Sunday thru Thursday $49.99
Friday $79.00 Saturday $79.00 (plus 9% tax and $3.00 energy surcharge)
King Suite: King Bed Sunday thru Thursday $109.00, Friday $129.00,
Saturday $129.00 (plus 9% tax and $3.00 energy surcharge)
Mini-Suite: King Bed Sunday thru Thursday $79.99, Friday $89.00,
Saturday $89.00 (plus 9% tax and $3.00 energy surcharge)

I have a limited number of rooms still available at the conference
rates. After these rooms are gone, the room rate for a standard room
goes up to $112.00
