Subject: VERY important Question....
Hi again!
I have a very dear friend who was diagnosed with Hepatitis C...she is in
the second stage of liver disease,and started treatment (AWFUL,BTW) this
week.
Question: She has two ferrets.The young male scratched her last night
and drew blood.Before she could react,he was licking her wound.What are
the chances of this or any ferret getting Hep C this <or any> way?? She
is in shere panic.What precautions can/must be taken,if any? Please
respond.She has enough stress and this incident has her petrified.
