Wow, you have some old timers there. It's hard to tell someone when
its time to let one of their pets go. I believe you'll know in your
heart when it's time. It sure doesn't sound like it should even be a
consideration at this point in time.

Have you considered medical treatment of their adrenal problems?
Surgery is probably way to risky at their age, but Lupron works
wonders and even Melatonin may be helpful to improve their quality of
life.
