Thank you so much for responding! I've notice in reading the posts that
different dosages are possible (i.e. 100,200 etc). How does the vet decide
on the dosage? Is it "one size fits all" or by weight (my diabetic guy has
started gaining weight since being on insulin - thank God!- although it
doesn't seem to be helping get the sugar levels down). I am not even
considering surgery on my guy because of his age, overall health, diabetes
and the fact that I lost his brother two years ago, four days after the
"successful" surgery.
