Subject: Re: treating lympho, but now hair loss and what looks like
seizures?

If I recall correctly, Prelone is 15mg/ml, so 0.3ml is a fair sized
dose to help raise his blood glucose but in this case it may not be
enough. Has his blood glucose level been checked? Again, I have no
experience with Lympho so I don't know if that's not enough, too much
or just right for Lympho treatment. You need someone with a little
more medical experience than me to answer that question!

I've never seen teeth grinding with small seizures, but they do
sometimes have a chewing type reaction which is similar. Ferrets in
minor seizures usually aren't thrashing about like one would imagine
a seizure looks like. Mostly they have small twitches and spasms,
rhythmic gasps, etc.

I don't think adding heat to his cage would be a good idea. If he has
plenty of blankets to snuggle in, and in which he can control his own
comfort level, that should be fine. Your bedroom doesn't get THAT
cold does it?
