Ouch! Please get her to a vet as soon as you can. You saw something go
up her nose, there was some blood, and her nose hurts - maybe if they can
just sedate her, they can see if the thing is still there and can just be
grabbed with some small instrument. Or maybe as you suggest, they will
need to use an endoscope to see up there. I doubt anyone on the list will
be able to tell you much more before she is examined by a vet.
