In all the cases of megaesophagus that I've been involved with, the
description of symptoms sound almost exactly like yours. Frequently
vomiting right after eating and gurgling sounds. Actually, it's not
true vomiting because it never makes it into the stomach. Perhaps
that's why it looks the way it does.

Check this link on my health care website for more on this
condition...

ground kibble - only about a teaspoon or so, with just enough water
to make a thick gravy. Would adding more water make it more
palatable? Should he be fed even smaller amounts, but more
frequently (say every two or three hours)? I work, so days I have no
choice but to go 4-5 hours. Also, Brae seems to be vomiting after
about half of his meals. About three weeks after surgery, he had
reached the point where he was going almost 24 hours or more before
getting sick one or two meals in a row. So this is obviously a
regression.

noise.....fairly loud gurgling. When I get him up to feed him,
during feeding, and for some time afterward. It's loud enough to
hear a few feet away. In case it's relevant, when he vomits (it's
almost always within 15 minutes of eating, sometimes less than five
minutes), it's very mucousy......not watery at all, which I would
expect so soon after eating. I mention this only because it may
indicate something going on with his digestive system, but this could
be normal.
