I'm not a vet, but did they test his potassium (sp) levels?
Usually uncontrolled bleeding is a sign of low pot levels. I know
when mine were down, they put me on something called Slow K. I
mixed it with juice and it still tasted terrible. That is just the
first thing that came to mind when you mentioned the bleeding and
bruising.
