Patty - That's a terrific picture. At this point, my first rule out
is going to be a benign nerve sheath tumor, followed closely by a
Meibomian gland adenoma. It does not look inflamed or ulcerated, as
you might see with an inflammatory lesion or malignant tumor of the
eyelid, but this is one that you will want to take off.

If I didn't offer earlier - I'd be happy to look at this one for you -
eyelid tumors are not too common, and we can always use a couple
more in the archive.
