I have not heard that coronavirus had come to Japan yet, but it has
been seen in a number of other countries - any countries that have
imported American ferrets can have imported this virus as well.
The virus is contracted orally, but contact between ferrets isn't
necessary - you can bring it in on your clothese. Muzzling a ferret
will not prevent transmission.
If it is coronavirus, there is no vaccine available - not in Japan or
here in the U.S., either.
