Go to your people pharmacist and ask for lactose-free
acidolphilus in carrot powder capsules. These are kept
refrigerated so you have to ask for them. You do not
need a prescription. Open one capsule and mix the
powder with the serving of baby food. I think the
powder tastes sort of like carrots, but the baby food
should disguise it. Your other option is acidolphilus
with lactose but the lactose is worse for ferts, so I
would go with the carrot powder ones.
Remember to keep your acidolphilus in the fridge to
keep the good little bacteria alive(heat kills them).
Hope all goes well with you.
