Not only allowed - but encouraged!

Sebaceous epitheliomas are restricted to the skin. In this case,
tendons and muscles will not be affected - the biggest problem is
that if allowed to grow, you may not have enough skin to close, and
it will have to scab over and heal as an open wound.
