We use a tatar control cat food called "T/D" for our guys to help. We have varying age groups and in August had them all in for distemper (a whole
story in itself) and rabies shots. While they were in the Vet checked their teeth. All are in good shape. No tartar. No scraping. No infection.
Two of our ferrets are more than 6 years old. Im not sure if its just the t/d or what but Im sure it helps.
