Based on the additional information I'd say that Popeye the
non-pee'er
may have the urethral narrowing associated with
adrenal/swollen prostrate.
They don't all lose their hair, some may just lose weight,
skin gets a little thinner etc.
I think she's waiting way too long to get him to a vet. My
vet says that having their
bladder's fill up and basically explode is probably one the
slower most painful ways
he can think for an animal to die.
