Excellent photos, Matt! Looks like the "normal" type of
tartar/plaque buildup that they get if their teeth aren't cleaned
regularly.

It's not something that requires immediate action, but the sooner you
get her teeth clean the better. This might be something that could
be taken care of by regular cleaning by yourself, but it would be a
bit easier to get a jump on it by having the vet do a thorough
cleaning.

I have to agree with the other post that recommends Maxi-Guard. I
use it with my ferrets. It claims brushing is not necessary, just
squirt it on the molars and let it do its thing. Personally, I wrap
a piece of gauze around my finger soaked with Maxi-Guard and rub
their teeth with it. The gauze provides a slight amount of roughness
to help break loose the gunk. I'll bet if you did this regularly,
you'd get off most of what's on her teeth without a vet cleaning.
