A few years ago there was a long over-view article on how the
body's melatonin-production cycle is disrupted by artificial
lighting and the possible health implications in Science News. I
do NOT know if that article was later put into their website, and
don't have time right now to check, nor do I have the article
handy. Don't know if Bob has it handy or not; sent him a copy
back when.
Anyway, one thing that was mentioned in the article was that the
worst disruption was caused by blue or green lights.
