Subject: HELP! URGENT!

For the past 6 weeks I've been battling some type of bacterial infection
in our group. Acts like the flu - lethargy, nausea, vomiting, not eating,
fever, not feeling well. Blood tests and stool samples and exams aren't
giving clues. Saturday Theo died late afternoon. Necropsy wasn't done
till Tuesday night. Abdomen showed extreme infection - bacterial. Larry
didn't find rupture anywhere to indicate where the infection was coming from.

I've got two that have already been through this and recovered completely
and 3 that are going through it now. Baytril and Amoxi to fight the
bacteria and dexamethasone to decrease nausea and inflammation seem to be
helping but this is taking anywhere from 3-5 weeks.

Any ideas on what we need to do?
