I can't comment on the rest but her weight loss
over 3 weeks is nothing. A 10 gram difference
probably just means her weight was distributed a
little differently on the scale. 10 grams = about
1/3 oz.

670 grams = approx 1 lb., 8 1/2 oz., small, but
not terribly so for a female.
