Bob Church's Chicken Gravy is made from whole ground chickens (bones, innards,
and all), Ferretone/Linatone, Ferretvite or equivalent, egg shells, high
quality kibble, and honey, if I remember right. Basically, it is a very easily
digested, high calorie, high protein, high fat food for ferrets. It has worked
wonders with our guys when they have been sick or recovering from surgery, and
most ferrets seem to love the stuff once you convince them to taste it.
Pertwee, who has had a long history of medical problems, slurps the stuff down
with incredible enthusiasm. I'm convinced it was a lifesaver for him.
