Subject: Frank blood in feces
Simon, not quite two years old, neutered male, ECE last year
and seemed to have recovered well. Friday night vomiting
quite a bit, but with just some clear stuff coming up, seemed
to have gotten over that. Tonight I find an icky bit of
poop--dark dark green on the outside with what appeared to be
a gelatinous frank blood blob in the center of it.
Differentials? Would like some ideas for when I take him to
work with me tomorrow night. Any thoughts would be greatly
appreciated.
