Erin...The only thing you will need is a current (10 days or less)
health certificate from a vet in Germany. It wouldn't hurt to get a
statement from the U.S. Department of agriculture that the ferret is
domestic and does not fall under their jurisdiction. Customs will want
to see that. (And customs is going to be your biggest roadblock. If
you get a real weenie, he or she can make your life miserable.)
I would call your Embassy there in Germany and ask them what all will be
necessary. Get it in writing and follow their advice to the 'T'.
Are you in the military? Are the fuzzies coming on a commercial flight
or a military flight?
