Yes, actually, you can palpate adrenal tumors. Experience
determines the size at which you can palpate them, of course.
As far as the diabetes, sometimes they will have a hypoglycemic
episode. What you do then is back off on the insulin and give to
the desired effect. Hopefully your little guy will continue to do
okay.
