Dr. Williams, you do indeed point out something important here. I
*KNOW* that I need to send the complete bloodwork and *STILL*
neglected to do so. Thank goodness I also sent the vet a list of
great ferret vets to contact and he talked to a vet I greatly respect
in North Carolina, Dr. Lauren Powers. That and some e-mail contact
led us to try the tx for irritable bowel which appears to be working.
So far it seems to working as she has stopped sliding and is slightly
improved.
Thank you for the input. Sometimes when we get carried away with
caring for one critter, we forget to be as diligent about everyone.
This is a great reminder that we need to watch each one and remember
that more than one critter can have problems simultaneously and we
need to be alert to all of them.
