I use a Moulinex Deluxe Meat Grinder but to save some wear and tear on
the machine, I use a very sharp serrated knife to cut the chicken apart.
Then I use the meat cleaver to break up the large bones before I put it
through the grinder. I run the chicken parts through twice, once on
heavy grind and then again through fine grind. After the mix is cooked,
I throw it all back in my food processor to make a mixture that is
relatively smooth.
