Definitely, if anyone has an "in" contact at Yahoo!, by all means, call in
that favor. :-)

Also, sending e-mail to that support address will usually get you one of
their automated messages about checking their online help/FAQ with a note
that if that doesn't address your problem (and it WON'T address the
problems we are having) to reply. So, be sure to do the reply, because
I'm not sure they take note of the first message at all. A human may only
read the replies to the form letter that is probably sent automatically.

OK, you can ALSO use forms on their website to report problems. These
DON'T get you back that message about checking the FAQ. I have posted
from the forms twice now with detailed messages about all of the problems
we have had but still have had no reply. So, I don't know if they read
those at all. They may just be backed up. But anyway, if you want to try
posting a problem report from there, try it from:

http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/groups/messages/messages-02.html

This is their "how to post a message" help file. Posting from the FHL
website gives the following error message:

""We're Sorry... There was a problem with your request. The page you've
requested returned this error: [p_errorhandler.c:31] Program
Initialization Error"

So, at the bottom of the above web page, there is a link to something
about "No, that does not answer my question." Follow that link and file
your report from there.

sigh. Thanks for your help!!
