Unfortunately, not a lot to go on here. I think that the changes in
the prepuce are probably unrelated to the vaccination. I don't get a
clear picture about what you are feeling on his right side, but I am
wondering aobut the possibility that you may ve feeling the spleen.
Stress diarrhea is not uncommon after vaccination....

Regarding the right leg - was this where he was vaccinated?
