Thanks for the input everybody... Dobie's a lardball so it's
possible that what I'm feeling is fat, and she does seem to be
concerned that Newton has been kept in the 'sick cage' for a
month now. I'll see about getting her checked when she goes in
for vaccination.
As for Newton, her condition oscillates between pretty good
and terrible. Sometimes she's hopping around the room and
others she can't stand up at all. I'm interpreting this as
insulinoma... whatever cancer has her (I don't want to put her
through more testing... it doesn't matter what kind it is),
it's all through her but the symptoms seem to have something
to do with when she's eaten. I'm giving her pred and an
antibiotic (just in case) but the response isn't glorius.
