Subject: Re: [Ferret-Health-list] Re: Vaccine Reaction +++?

He was vaccinated in his right leg.

I saw the vet yesterday. The swelling is not an
organ. My vet thinks he hurt himself sometime during
the day. He said it is probably soft tissue damage.
He couldn't rule out a tumor. At the rate that the
swelling increased it was probabley not a tumor. He
took 2 x-rays and there were no broken or fractured
bones.

I kept him locked up all day Friday. The swelling has
gone down and he is almost back to normal. I let him
out for a while this Saturday morning and he was using
him leg almost normally. He is not lock up again. I
don't want him injure himself any further.
