Subject: Lumps Underneath Nipples? Any and All Advise Welcome
Greetings All:
My 7.5 year old little guy Chewy is currently being treated for
Insulinoma and Adrenal Disease. He just started on Lupron and
Pediapred last month. He's also been taking an antibiotic for a UTI
(I can't remember the name of it but it something with Sulfur in
it).
About three (3) days ago, I noticed that under each one of his
nipples, he has a Lump. It sort of looks light a pimple under the
skin. There's no redness on his skin or any other new weird
symptoms that I have noticed. Yesterday, I noticed that the Lumps
under the (two parallel) nipples closest to his upper body are
slightly larger than the others (very slight). Previously they were
all the same size.
I have an appointment with his Vet tomorrow but I was just wondering
if anyone has ever experienced this before? I spoke with a Vet
that fills in for Chewy's regular Vet and she wasn't sure what to
make of it. Could it be a reaction to the medications? This has
never happened before. Please advise.
Thank you,
Mary
