--- Skittles does this too it usually is when they wake up and trying
to warm their system. I also had a female foster she did this often
perhaps due to her size and being a lil nervous. I am not a vet but
unless it is more like bobbing head or a seziure (insulinoma). How
old is he? How long have you had him?Has this just been occurring?
You may want to see if there is a draft? Please let us know on how he
is doing and if you did the blood work how it turned out? Hope
everything is doing good and this is nothing. Vex
