supervision is key. and lots of time. not all 12 at once. make sure
there are lots of hidey holes for cover and escape. lots of attention,
treats, toys for everyone. as soon as someone gets hairy, put them to
bed til they calm down. squirt guns work wonders. think of it like
first day of nursery school everyday. what would you do with 12 4-year
olds?
