Newzealand ferrets

I would like to comment female ferrets which remain in season w/o breeding
(silent heat) also get the loss of hair typically assigned to adrenal
patients. A vets input would be great-- but my personal belief due to
experience with breed capable ferrets is this is a hormonal display .
