Subject: Hair Loss

Hi,

I have had ferrets for ten years and have dealt with adrenal
disease with two others that have since passed. I have a 10
month old male that seems to have lost the hair on his tighs to
his butt (under the tail) on both sides. However there is new
hair, but it is very short like it was shaved and really isn't growth
very fast. I am a concered if this is a nutrional problem (feeding
Path Valley and Shpered and Green) or a medical problem
(adrenal or an allergy). He seems fine no dysuria or aggressive
behavior. Any thoughts would be greatly appericated.
