Subject: re: Peyton's vulva

Danee... Yes, I use wood stove pellets.

Dr. Williams... The amoxi has significantly improved Peyton's vulva,
it is getting back to normal. Sukie suggested taking an aspirate of
it, but there isn't any more swelling.

If the amoxi does totally clear this up, that's great, although I
won't really know what it was. If it reoccurs, she will definately
go to the vet, although I will have to find a more competent one this
time.

Peyton has since given me another panic attack. Last night I caught
her chewing on a pair of trouser socks (like colored knee highs),
which I took away from her and threw away. This morning I found 3
wet pieces of them that she must have vomitted during the night. She
is now isolated in a seperate cage for me to monitor her food and
stool. I also lubed her up with hairball med. So far no signs of an
intestinal blockage.

Out of my 8 ferrets, can you tell that she is the biggest stinker of
the bunch?
