Subject: Condolences on the List
First, my deepest sympathies to Kim and Jaclyn.
On the subject of condolences. With 450+ members, all of whom have
very big hearts cause that's how god makes ferret people, "in deepest
sympathy posts" are going to be a problem. At the same time, if one
of my furkids were to cross over I would really appreciate the
sentiment and empathy from fellow ferret lovers.
So, we've discussed it and what we would like to do is this. If you
would send your condolences directly to the bereaved and not to the
list. Any that are sent to the list will be forwarded directly to the
intended recipient.
This will help keep some of the traffic down on the list.
