I really hate to suggest anything contrary to what a vet said, and I
myself am definitely not a vet, BUT I believe that one of the active
ingredients in Tylenol is acetaminophen, which is very toxic to our
ferrets. Ferrets have died from human over-the-counter cold remedies
because they contained that stuff. Maybe in that given dose it's OK, but
maybe wait until someone else with more knowledge can clarify?
