Ruffle had cardiomyopathy but wasn't on Digoxin, yet, during the time that our vet was giving the phenobarbital. Her problem that caused the seizures was insulinoma, but they were trying to avoid surgery due to her compromised ability to survive. Turned out that she had surgery finally, anyway, when she also got an immediately dangerous cystic liver. If memory serves she did have both Enacard and Lasix at that time. Know for sure that she had Lasix. Can not recall any conflict with the meds. Have you asked a pharmacist? That would be the best way to get the most accurate info for the conflict questions, I think.
