Hi:

I encountered the same problem a year ago when I introduced my new
girl to the 2 boys. One was very gentle with her and the other
would react the way your guys do.
The first thing we did is get the girl descented (the boys are).It
did get better. then , slowly we let Pookie (the girl) and Marcel
(the bad boy) get together and watch the interaction. We did let
them work out their "differences" as long as the biting did not get
vicious. If we felt Marcel was getting too angry, we separated them
and my partner and I comforted both of them. It took two full month
of careful monitoring but, it paid off. they now all sleep together,
and we do not have fights anymore. We strongly believe that it was
all about the "pecking" order that needed to be worked out between
those two. (Reno, is the definite alpha and never felt threatened by
Pookie).
You should probably work separetly with both ferrets who are not
getting along with your new critter to avoid them ganging up on her.
Good luck!
