7:30... it has been about 20 minutes and she's not showing any
effects... anyone? i gave her a bunch of treats to try to make sure
she doesnt have an empty stomach. she wont drink water though. she's
very awake... does the opart of alcohol that gets you drunk evaporate
over night? how fast will this go through her system? can she be
poisoned?

Actually, it is doubtful that she got much of any at all, and the low
alcohol concentration of most wines strongly suggests that she
probably didn't even get a buzz, much less enough alcohol to result
in any form of toxicity.
My rule for alcohol and ferrets - always drain your glass. (Maybe
that's just my rule for alcohol...)
