Yep! You sure did! :)

It's recommended that the shots be separated by at least 2 weeks.
I'm not sure that the shots themselves will react against each other
but this way it's easier to know if the ferret has a reaction to one
vaccine versus the other. Before I learned this lesson, I had a
ferret react to his vaccination shots. Because the vet had given
both at the same time, we didn't know which one he reacted to. The
following year (and after learning about the 2 week rule) I separated
his vaccinations and turns out that he reacts to Fervac-D, the
distemper vaccination. If you know what vaccine your ferret reacts
to, you can take certain precautions to try and prevent it the
following year. You can also have your vet report the reaction so
the case is documented.

Also, don't forget to wait at least 30 minutes in the vet's office
after sweet little Willow (love that name!) gets vaccinated. Take a
book and read while you wait to make sure she is okay. It really can
save a life! For more reading on vaccinations and reactions, check
this out: http://www.ferretcentral.org/faq/part4.html#vaccinations
Another reading suggestion if you don't already have it is "Ferrets
for Dummies" by Kim Schilling. I'm in NO WAY implying anything ;)
It's just a really good book!

Good luck to you both and take LOTS of pictures! They grow up so
fast!

Sincerely,
Erin
