Absolutely! I am very glad that you had done your homework, and
also that your vet was willing to listen to you. I have found that
the likelihood of a reaction is higher if both vaccines are given at
the same time, and of course you can't tell which one they are
reacting too. Hopefully your ferret will never have a reaction, but
separating the vaccines is definitely the way to go.
