I am not a vet, but in my opinion, distemper is too dangerous to leave
ferrets unvaccinated. You can step in a puddle of infected dog pee or a
pile of poop and track it in to your furkids on your shoes. You can even
carry it in on your clothes. I would ask your vet to get the new Merial
Purevax Ferret Distemper Vaccine and shoot them all.
