Dear Sara:
At your baby's age biting is common. Remain consistent. When he bites- scruff him, and hiss or say "no" or what ever word you choose. Use the same
word everytime. Be firm. Treat him like his mom would and he will learn. Never hit. Time out is not the thing either. Until he learns to be a
little calmer always hold him with his back presented to anyone (children especially) who wants to "see" him and pat him. Make sure he is up to
date on his shots in case anyone gets a little over zealous in their concern for the bite.
Love him and enjoy him :)
