Dear Beelzebub (Terrible alias, that one, but you don't frighten
me...)

The terms "bump" and "cancer" don't really mean anything to me. Can
you be more specific as to what type of neoplasm was diagnosed by the
pathologist? Every type is different and has a different
progression. Without more specific inforatmion, I (or anyone else,
for that matter) am not able to suggest any possibilities (if there
are any) here.
