Hello Kim,
These are all signs of insulinoma : lethargy, diarrhea, staring, hind end
weakness, frothing at the mouth, seizures.
I am not sure what you have been reading but even the FAQ's at
www.ferretcentral.org will explain these can be symptoms related to the
disorder.

Have you taken her to a vet for a fasting ( 4 hour) blood glucose test? I
would recommend this ASAP-
do not fast for more than 4 hours prior to the test though. Insulinoma can
be controlled via surgery or medication or both-- without it -- you are
condemning her to a short time with very little quality of life.

We have ferrets in the shelter with this illness and have had many over the
years my best hunch-- though I am not a vet is this should be checked out ASAP!
