Some of the ones that are out of print can be gotten through Amazon periodically.
I am hoping for a text which I have not heard an update about, but here is an old post and
notice that some of these now have second editions such as Dr. Quesenberry's text and Dr.
Lewington's. I often buy through the publisher, Saunders:
