Just got off the phone with the vet's office. Didn't get to talk to the vet on this my 3rd call, but got the message that he IS doing surgery at 5 pm. So, I guess we have a blockage. I will go over there as soon as I finish seeing patients and be there for the surgery.
BTW, I remembered to ask for the pre-anesthesia panel.
